Founded by Dan Fontana in 2008, Danson Construction is made up of a team of experts specializing in a variety of delivery methods and project types. They have garnered over 65 years of general contracting expertise resulting in award-winning projects that meet the client’s expectation every time.

Founder and President
Dan Fontana founded Danson Construction, LLC in May of 2008 after a 23-year career as an owner and principal with another firm. While with that firm, Dan completed over 180 projects of varying complexity and shades of green. Some of the projects he built during this time included a $31 million Gilbert Public Safety Facility, $24 million Pinal County Courthouse, $47 million Glendale Public Safety Facility, various La Quinta Inns and Suites, Super Bowl XXX modifications at Sun Devil Stadium, Maryvale Baseball Park and Ak-Chin Pavilion. As a result of his dedication to these projects, he has been awarded repeated contracts 95% of the time. Dan’s key to success is simple: “EXCEED OWNER’S EXPECTATIONS.”
For over 22 years, Kevin has worked as an estimator, subcontract negotiator, document controller, pre-project coordinator and project manager. He comes to Danson Construction with experience in various project types including retail, residential, education and municipal. He consistently makes sure that vendors complete their bids accurately and in a timely manner. Kevin’s ability to create dialogue between project team members which may include clients, designers, contractors, consultants and end-users, makes him ideally suited for working on Danson Construction projects.
Since Danson Construction’s inception, Devin has been a project information hub. He has overseen project document control, submittal processing and acted as an invaluable link between office and field operations. Devin has coordinated project purchasing and been the technology liaison for Danson’s operations. He has recently transistioned his focus to overall business development for Danson. Devin leads the effort towards the continued growth of Danson Construction by reaching out to new and existing clients.
Brent Fontana, LEED AP BD+C
A graduate of Arizona State University, Brent has worked as an estimator and assistant project manager with Danson Construction since its inception. He has prepared numerous bids over the years, allowing him to accurately gauge market conditions and keep in touch with the subcontractor community. Brent also assists in every aspect of project management for the majority of Danson's projects.
