With a speciality in quality CMAR services, we have managed 30+ CMAR projects, and offer an exceptional construction management process that can be modeled to meet any owner’s individual requirements.
Our Specialities
We take pride in our hard bid capabilities. In addition to our organized approach, we utilize hard bid to find the subs that are diamonds in the rough and apply the finds to our CMR and negotiated work. We endeavor to have a 50/50 mix of hard bid and negotiated work. This keeps us very competitive and very aware of the market trends.
Since our involvement with the committee creating CM@R and the addition of alternative contracting methods in 2005, we have a unique vision of the process and an understanding of the benefits to owners including full control of their budgets and decision-making capabilities through out the project to modify and tweak a project with the least number of headaches. We hold the process high in our pursuit of the best project outcomes possible for the entire team.
As a member of the save program through Cave Creek School District, we can serve any school district or municipality needing the service. Our JOC operates under the same umbrella as Danson Construction utilizing the subcontracting community able to react and complete any size JOC project as needed by our clients. Our team provides fast and efficient services are run and we can get your projects done cost effectively in your timeline.
Our staff has acquired relationships with many architectural firms that helps reinforce our ability to pursue any kind of Design-Build project whether it be industrial, retail, educational or hospitality. Some projects we’ve worked on include Ace Hardware Warehouse, a million square foot facility in Prescott Valley, and the Maricopa County Sheriffs Training Facility in Phoenix.
