Pinal County Development Services

This two-story ground up 40,000 square foot facility provided office space to house the entire Pinal County Development Services team under one roof.  Public space was provided for homeowners and contractors to submit plans for review and permitting.  The project was constructed with masonry walls and steel roof structure with decorative steel, metal panel, and glass exteriors.  The second phase of the project consisted of a complete remodel of an existing space to house Pinal County’s Emergency Operations Center.
