Glendale Regional Training Center is an 88 acre facility housing fire and police training facilities totaling over $48 million in construction cost and was completed from design start to construction completion in 26 months. The Project is comprised of an Administration and Classroom Center with lecture halls, work-out facilities, locker rooms, an emergency call center and a CPAT area. Site amenities include a four story burn tower with automated gas fired props, a kitchen/garage prop with attached underground confined space props, a mock fire station, rail and tanker props and a massive drivers training track and skid pad. The facility also includes an outdoor firing range for police weapons training.
